We call him "Fuego", he is a beautiful shade of red dun with lots of dun factor. He is an unusual color, a peachy buff color with a deep red dorsal stripe and leg barring. This guy's breeding goes back to some really old foundation blood like...Poco Bueno, King, Little Joe, Old Sorrel, Joe Bailey, Wimpy, Blackburn, Oklahoma Star, Skipper W, Peter McCue and Jessie James. I've had this handsome guy since birth...he has been imprinted and worked with on a regular basis since. He is also eligible for a NFQHA reg. at about 99-98%. Both parents are dun, so he may possibly be homozygous for the dun gene. He just turned 2, and can gelded if you don't want a stallion. I am selling him because I already have a breeding stallion and I board my horses, so there is not enough room for another stallion. I'm asking 3,500 obo...if he is sold in tacked and 2,500 obo...if he is gelded. If he is not sold soon I will have to geld him...unfortunately...so hurry if you want him as a breeding stallion! He will have that old bulldog build and should mature to 14.3-15h. I also have another horse on this site for sale...a grulla mare in-foal...be sure to check her out as well...thanks for looking...please serious inquires only...I am a reasonable person...the money is not important to me it is the home he gets...I will consider any reasonable offer and would consider a trade or partial trade for a palomino, creme, dunalino, or buckskin broodmare 10 yrs or younger (I am bloodline specific)...any additional information and pictures can be provided upon request. Thanks again for looking!
